I'm a musician who DJs, so I know exactly what your DJ needs from me. We agree the handover before the day, I bring my own sound for the songs I'm singing, and the moment the song ends they pick straight back up. No dead air, no awkward changeover.

How It Works

You pick the moments. I build the songs around you.

1Tell me the songOr the two or three you're deciding between. Deciding which one is the fun half of my job, and I'll tell you honestly which will work best in a room.
2I arrange it for youYour style so it suits the two of you, your tempo so it's danceable, and cut to a length you can hold — most first dances are far too long at full radio length. If you want lyrics changed to be about the two of you, that's normal here, not a strange request.
3You hear it before the dayI'll send you a version — sometimes two, so you can choose — and we adjust until it's right. Nothing is a surprise on the wedding day.
4I perform it alongside your DJ, and you keep itLive, in the room, while you dance. And the studio recording is yours afterwards, so the song doesn't end when the night does.

Tennessee Orange

Braedon & Brenna's first dance. We swapped the lyric for "Utah red" and wrote in references to their relationship — then sent two versions so they could pick.

Making Memories of Us

Lauryn & Andrew came to me late in the planning. We modernised a classic just before the wedding, performed it live, and recorded it.

Sweet Child O' Mine

Rebuilt acoustic for Jon & Hannah's father–daughter dance. It isn't only the first dance — the parent dances are often the ones people cry at.

Every one includes the arrangement, the performance and the studio recording. I bring my own sound for the songs I'm singing and coordinate with whoever is running the rest. Published prices; peak summer Saturdays quoted a little higher.

The First DanceYour first dance arranged for the two of you and sung live at your reception. The studio recording, full and acoustic versions. A sixty-second clip before you leave.

The SetThe three-song set: your first dance and both parent dances, sung live, back to back. All three recorded in the studio, full and acoustic, and released under your names.

Live Through the DayThe Set, plus your ceremony: a live prelude while guests are seated and your walk in and walk out played live. A 45-minute acoustic set at cocktail hour or dinner. The Wedding Album: every song I performed, recorded full and acoustic, released under your names.

What couples ask about the live piece

We already have a DJ. How does it work with them?

I talk to them before the day. We agree the timeline and the handover, I bring my own sound for the songs I'm singing, and the moment the song ends they pick straight back up. I've been the DJ in that room plenty of times, so I know exactly what they need from me.

What if we have a band, not a DJ?

Same thing. I sing the moments that are about the two of you, your first dance and the parent dances, and the band does what a band does. A band rarely wants to learn one couple's song in one couple's key; that's my whole job.

Can you do any song?

Almost. The honest limit is my range and what works with one voice in a room. Tell me the song on the call and I'll tell you straight, including if I think a different one would land better.

Can you change the words to be about us?

Yes, and it's one of my favourite parts. Braedon & Brenna's 'Tennessee Orange' became 'Utah red' with their own story written into the verses. The version with your names in it is only ever yours; the version I release under your names is the faithful one.

Do we get the recording even though it was performed live?

Yes. The live performance happens at your wedding; the studio recording is made properly afterwards, in a full and an acoustic version, and it's yours to keep. Every recording you've heard on this page came from a wedding I played.
